The term Mrs Benn or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owners of the website whose registered office is 14 Limes Walk, London, SE15 3LJ. Our company registration number is 09233197 and we are registered in England. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of the website.

What is your Ordering Policy?
We make every effort to ensure all products are in stock, but in the event of us not having your chosen product we will call or email you and offer either a refund.
Credit Card / debit card orders are processed securely by Shopify payments powered by Stripe. Mrs Benn does not handle any credit card data for orders placed online.
We can still accept postal orders accompanied by a cheque. Cheques will not be cashed until your goods are ready to be dispatched.
We aim to process orders the same day, although at busy periods such as Christmas please allow a couple of days extra.You should receive your items within 1-3 days from the date the order was processed.

Please note that pictures may not be to scale; always check sizes. Colours are reproduced as accurately as possible, however, as with all photography, there may be some slight variation.
What is your Delivery Policy?
We use a combination of courier and Royal Mail. Depending on the weight and size of item, delivery will be either First Class with Royal Mail or a designated courier service usually UPS, DPD, or TNT.
We do not add any extra charge for packing, and we recycle all the packaging we receive.
Postal charges will be added to your cart after you have entered your delivery address, to ensure the correct price.

We hope you are happy with your purchases from Mrs Benn but if not, we can offer a refund on any item as long as it is returned in a saleable condition within 30 days. Please contact us for more information. Please note, however, that we are unable to reimburse postage costs.
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.
